The Budwig protocol has the mixture being eaten before the midmorning juice. However, I have been using the nutrient laden veg juice to fuel my walks and eating the mixture when I returned. I decided to try it the "right" way this morning. I had planned a 3 mile walk, but I was pretty tired at the end of 1.75 mi. Of course the sun is pretty warm and my bladder was voting, too. Still, even with several extra doses of mag phos, muscles were ready to stop. I think I will resume the veg juice prior to walk routine. Now, on to the juice.
