In our neighborhood, blocks can be ½ to 3 "blocks" long. I don't have a pedometer, so I'm just using the street numbers, north and south, + the number of cross streets I pass or reach. Not precise but close enough. Today, I came within one block of a mile! Beginning with prep for my fresh veggie cocktail, the drinking and then the medium clip walk itself, I was home in a few min. less than an hour. I remember when a mile took me 20 min. Still, this is progress considering my ability before I started the Budwig Protocol. Any discomfort, today, was so minimal it didn't qualify as pain.
Yesterday, I awoke with a low grade migraine, probably due to barometric changes. I've had far worse, but my ability to think or stay awake for the morning was shot. I got the Budwig mixture and a salad in, but no veggie cocktails and no walk. I did take Casey out and refilled the fridge with fresh fruits and veggies. So today, feels like climbing back into form.
