Lately, I've been having bouts of R intercostal pain beneath my arm. Responding to the pain, day before yesterday, I lay down on my back, vertical to the mattress. Consciously relaxing with slow deep breaths, I was surprised to feel one of my thoracic vertebrae thump loudly into place. Yesterday, I had the same pain. By purposely repeating what I had done the day before, I accomplished the same adjustment. Relief from the pain was the result both times. Now to figure out how I am pulling it out of alignment!

I love my juicer! Love it even more, now, after having ordered one that ejects pulp and found it to be too light for it's motor and too many parts for my cleaning tolerance. I sent that one back and ordered another Omega 1000 from Ebay, just to have one in reserve when mine, which is about 25 years old finally bites the dust.
2 mi (hills: 107 from Exeter to SP Way, 110 from 38th NE to SP Way) 1 hour w/ several stops, each less than one min. I would have done more but bladder was voting. Would like to do more but how, with bladder a factor? 200 cal burned.
Yesterday, I put off walking until evening, then, running out of twilight, I cut it to ¼ hour. I just responded to this "Truth About Cancer" comment by Chris MacBeth:
"My husband a.was diagnosed with a brain tumor that can’t be operated on,,, chemo and radiation did not help,,,, please help us." Here is my reply: "The Budwig Protocol (mostly dietary) was developed to cure cancer. Here is my partial understanding of some of the principles it is based upon. 1. Cancer cannot live in an O-2 rich environment. 2. Cell respiration (O-2/CO-2 exchange) and cell metabolism (taking in nutrients/discharging waste products) can be enhanced with the result that cells can operate according to their innate (DNA) instructions, whatever kind of cells they are. 3. #s1 & 2 can be accomplished via intake of flax seed oil and cottage cheese or quark when they are bonded via easy but special instructions + basiclly a fresh, organic lacto-vegetarian diet. I find the diet delicious and easy. If I have to eat this way for the rest of my life, I won’t mind. Depending on your tastes, you can spice it or leave it plain. Johanna Budwig, the nobel-nominated bio-chemist who devised the protocol, also wrote a cookbook. Her recipes look delicious, but they take more time than I have, so my meals are more simple. She was German. 3 of her books have been translated into English and are available on the Web. Here is a great website/chat where you can learn from survivors what they did. https://groups.yahoo.com/neo/groups/FlaxSeedOil2/info After you sign-up, you will probably receive a welcome email as well as one which details the Budwig protocol. I have personal, successful experience with the protocol, but fibromyalgia, not cancer, is the condition. Immediately I began seeing reduction of symptoms. Rapid improvement followed. It has been 3 months. I still have occasional symptoms but usually not. When I do, they are mild. I don’t think 3 months is enough time for a cure, but I am happy with feeling so much better. Blessings for complete healing and a wonderful life ongoing. Lakeside-trail-123rd-Sand Point Way-105th-Exeter-home. 123rd is a long, steep uphill slog.
Lots of rests + about 15 min worth of visits along the way. 1.25hr total. 2.25mi/Simply Walking ap. Very easy to use ap. It gives calories, burned, but I don't want to get hung up on exercise for the sake of burning calories. Exercise for all the health benefits in a manner that I can do on an ongoing basis: that's how I want it to be. Prophy last Tues (5 days ago).
Before Budwig Protocol: I took a muscle relaxer to prevent facial muscle spasms during the procedure. I augmented that with a cream containing lobelia tincture. I still do those things, but Budwig has caused me to change how much I take of each. Before Budwig, I took 5mg 1 hour before the procedure and another 2.5 ½ hour before. I would not be sleepy until after the second dose. Then, during the procedure I would often need to have it stopped while I applied lobelia cream. Also, I have my own, child size bite block because my mouth would not open as far as it needed to. Work that I had done right after I began Budwig in April 2016 was an experience that showed me that Budwig would be a game changer. I blogged about that already (5/15). This time, I got to the parking lot in time to take dose #1. I fell asleep right after, slept until nearly time for the appointment. No 2nd dose, which meant I had taken ⅓ less muscle relaxer than usual. I used the facial cream right before we started. After that I only needed 2 stops to re-apply it; and the muscle spasms were much milder. Also, I could open my mouth wide enough that I am considering asking for a bigger bite block the next time. I still need topical xylocaine or procaine before any Prophy is done. Still hypersensitive, though perhaps less so. Elected to work in gardens for exercise. It was a surprisingly vigorous workout!
Made Linomel /SD. See Budwig Compatible Recipes. Now to find source of organic lemongrass pulp so I can make mango-orange sauce! In place of one of my usual Budwig mixtures, today I made it with yogurt instead of mayo, then added a little balsamic vinegar and pressed some garlic in. Not quite as good as melted butter as an artichoke dip, but mighty tasty, all the same. Now on to some fresh veg juice with flax seeds.
I downloaded and test "drove" the "SIMPLY WALKING" app. 1.67 mi. 45 min. End of day, tired, but after a too busy day, I was glad to get the walk in. Now to figure out how to get the stupid, blinking ad off of the screen. I'd forgotten that "free" means ads.
I got sidetracked, forgot my veg-flax juice before walking this morning. I had plenty of energy, but I had a couple of episodes of tripping on flat asphalt on the trail. Mag phos fixed me right up, but I'm realizing this is the first I've seen of that old fibromyalgia symptom since I began using Budwig protocol. Walked 1.74mi. Now on to the protocol and then to download the walking ap.
